Migration advice for adult immigrants (MBE)
The migration advice service for adult immigrants offers newly arrived migrants individual advice and concrete support with almost all matters of daily life.
This advisory service is free of charge.
For whom?
- Foreign nationals with prospects of permanent residence and ethnic German repatriates over 27 years of age, their spouses and children
- Immigrants who are over 27 years of age and have already lived in Germany for a length of time may use the services in concrete crisis situations.

Youth migration services
The Youth Migration Service advises and supports new young immigrants with the aim of promoting their integration, equal opportunities and participation.
This advisory service is free of charge.
For whom?
- Young foreign nationals with prospects of permanent residence and ethnic German repatriates (up to the age of 27)
- Children, adolescents and young adults already living in Germany with a migrant background, from the age of 12 up to 27
Services:
- Promotion and support of integration on the basis of an individual promotion plan (case management)
- Arrangement of services from other authorities and institutions (such as charities, employment agency, local bodies for child and youth aid)
- Network and social environment work
