Appointment for the Foreigners' Authority
You need a personal appointment if you want to come to the office to discuss your request.
We want to prepare both you and us for your visit. In this way, you can save yourself unnecessary waiting and repeated appointments with us.
After reviewing your request, we will send you a suggestion for an appointment and information on the documents you need to bring with you.
Before their residence title expires, the holders of the title will automatically be sent a suggestion for an appointment in writing. But please also make sure yourself that you apply for an extension before your residence title expires, even if you do not receive a request to extend it.
The suggested appointment will be considered confirmed if we do not receive any information to the contrary from you.
Please come to the appointment on time and do not forget the required documents!
