- Where has it happened? Provide the exact address, including floor number, and, if necessary, access options for vehicles
- What has happened?
- How many people are injured?
- Who is reporting the emergency? Please provide the telephone number from which you are calling.
Please wait to be sure that there are no further questions! The call will be ended by the emergency operator.
After you have finished the call, you should await the arrival of the fire department, rescue service or police and help direct them to the site of the emergency.
