The Old Stock Exchange was built in the 17th century in early Baroque style to serve as a prestigious gathering-place for merchants.
The building was completely renovated from 1992 to 1995, with great value placed on recreating the style of the 17th century in the facade colouration and the window glazing.
The hall is used today for a variety of gatherings, primarily for musical and literary events, academic presentations and lectures, corporate presentations and conferences, official receptions and private celebrations.
